Beer and Wine (w/koozies)

Light music played by DJ

Coordinator and Staff assist guests to seats

5:45pm-6:15pm                      Wedding begins – Outdoor ceremony area

Announcement made for guests to take their seats.

                                                1 – Designated person lights memorial candle

2-Officiant and Groom Enter, 3- Ushers assist

Grandparents and Parents to reserved seats

4- Bridal Party Entrance (Order to be

determined), 5 –Bride Entrance

6- Mr. and Mrs. Exit

 6:20pm-6:50pm                      Wedding – Pictures with Bride/Groom/Wedding Party/Family

6:20pm-7:00pm                      Guests move inside – Buffet Open, Bar Open

6:55pm-7:00pm                      Bridal Party and Mr. and Mrs. enter inside while announced by DJ

The Wedding procession and order is determined during the Rehearsal. All other items for the Reception Order of Events will be discussed and we will determine the best flow and timeline for you and your guests.
